Refund policy

JEONGA CHOI BERLIN does not produce mass goods but individual pieces on explicit customer request in his size and on order. By ordering in our shop the goods and articles are manufactured for the customer, therefore we can offer on the basis § 312 d.Abs. 4 Nr.1 BGB with remote sales contracts unfortunately no cancelling of the articles offer.

This applies to ALL our articles.

However, it is possible at any time to come to our studio in Berlin/Friedrichshain for a free and non-binding trial fitting.

For the articles of the category "BOW" and "COCO" the normal right of revocation applies, as described below.

Right of revocation:
As a consumer you can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also does not fulfill our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations under § 312e para 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the revocation period it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods in time.

Consequences of revocation:
In the case of an effective revocation the article is to be returned and we will gladly refund the purchase amount with a voucher of the same value for a further purchase in our shop.

If you cannot return the received service to us in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for lost value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their examination - as it would have been possible for you in a shop. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for lost value for any deterioration of the goods caused by the intended use by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.

The right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. Whether the delivered goods fall under this exception, see above.

General information
Please handle the products carefully to avoid contamination and damage. Please return the goods to the seller completely in their original packaging or in the storage unit belonging to the product (jewelry bags, storage boxes, hand-painted displays, etc.), which are components of the articles. If possible, use a protective outer packaging to prevent transport damage.

We ask you not to return the articles freight forward, the postage costs will be refunded by us in prior arrangement, provided that they are not borne by you.
